Designed for busy professionals navigating constant demands, this session introduces a whole-person approach to managing stress, pressure, and burnout. Through thoughtful prompts and a brief group practice, you’ll gain insight into what you’re carrying, how it’s impacting you, and how to move forward with greater clarity and intention.
