Office Manager - Richardson Woman's Club Charitable Foundation

Position Overview
  The Office Manager is the receptionist and reservationist for Richardson Woman’s Club Charitable Foundation, Inc. (RWCCF)The Office Manager will manage the day-to-day activities for the Richardson Woman’s Club Charitable Foundation/ Richardson Woman’s Club and support the Foundation directors and voluntary community members.
RWCCF/RWC is a non-profit philanthropic organization to serve the community outreach in the city of Richardson. The Richardson club is a historical and beautiful premiere estate for rental events in the heart of Richardson, Texas and the surrounding community. 
 
Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day rental activities, including contracts and payments.
  • Performs administrative responsibilities and coordinates with volunteer leaders, members, clients and caterers.
  • Cooperates with RWC members in scheduling division meetings and their related activities and provides responses to member inquiries and requests.
  • Checks and responds to all telephone and e-mail messages.
  • Supports in the execution of pre-event preparation with caterers and assists these events with the Facilities Manager
  • Attends all RWCCF monthly Board of Directors meetings and maintains the organization’s records and related materials
  • Prepares a monthly calendar of events and a report of the preceding month’s activities for distribution to the RWCCF Board of Directors at their monthly meetings.
  • This position reports directly to the RWCCF Chair.
 
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred, with 1-2 years’ experience in administration/customer service
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong written, verbal communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
  • Dependable, flexible and willing to learn; a multi-tasker
  • Efficient team orientation, both internal and external, with ability to manage expectations
 
Business Hours and General requirements
   Part-time position – 25 hours per week
   Monday- Wednesday, Friday – 9:30am – 2:30pm with Thursday a flex day – 2:00pm – 7:00pm
   9 paid legal Holidays
   25 hours of PTO in the first year. The PTO accrual period is from the date of hire.
