With experience at the intersection of business leadership and health sciences, she brings a rare blend of strategic vision and human-centered insight to cross-sector collaborations where innovation and impact matter most.
As a champion for mental wellness, education, and self-empowerment, Tach launched her newest venture, Sandwich Love, Inc.™ in August 2024. This forward-thinking coaching and educational platform is designed to empower, educate, and support members of the Sandwich Generation as they navigate the dual responsibilities of caring for aging parents and dependent children.
A Strategic Life Coach Practitioner and holder of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Tach is currently advancing her expertise in Health Sciences as a PhD student at the University of North Texas. She weaves her academic studies into a comprehensive, human-centered leadership model—one that emphasizes emotional intelligence, resilience, and relational influence. Her blend of research and real-world experience empowers business leaders to move beyond positional authority and embrace purposeful influence, driving impact through trust, clarity, and meaningful connection. By bridging the gap between science and soul, Tach equips her audiences to lead with depth and intention.

Reservations with payment are required and will not be refunded unless cancelled three days prior to event. Substitutions will be accepted until noon the day of. Walk-in attendees will be seated based on space availability.
